第30章 行善救人 脱身俗情

Be willing to help others and one will break away from poor taste.

肯救人坑坎中，便是活菩萨[1]；能脱身牢笼外，便是大英雄。

中文注释

[1]活菩萨：指具有慈悲与觉了之心、能救渡众生于苦难迷惑、并引导众生成佛的人。常比作“大善人”或“大恩人”。

今文解译

肯把人从危难与困苦中解救出来的人，就是活菩萨。

能从世俗的桎梏与羁绊摆脱出来的人，就是真英雄。

English Translation

He that is willing to lend a merciful hand to the suffering and the needy is a living Buddha.

He that is capable to extricate himself from the fetters of this mundane world is a true hero.
