Layer 2 technologies

We will start with a brief introduction to Ethernet, describe the linkages between Ethernet and the IP layers, and then discuss link bundling to enhance Ethernet capacity using different protocols. We will also discuss loop prevention mechanisms such as Spanning tree protocols in this section.
