So Many Things Made in the Great Southwest of China

The Great Southwest of China includes Sichuan，Yunnan，Guizhou，Chongqing，Tibet and Guangxi.The charming water and mountains，unique seaside scenery，ancient ethnic culture and customs of these places make them ideal places to take a vacation.They are also the places which produce many kinds of things needed in our daily life.

There are many famous specialties made in the Great Southwest of China.They are the daily necessities for people，such as liquor，sauce，tea，snack，milk，rice，flour，fruit，scarf，medicine，incense and so on.

Yunnan Rice Noodles is the most well-known snack in Yunnan.Its history went back to several hundred years ago.It is made of rice noodles，soup，meat，spring onion，bean sprout and thin sheets of bean curd.It has an interesting nick name：Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles.There is an interesting story behind this dish.There was a Xiucai（scholar of ancient China）who was busy with preparing for the imperial civil examination.In order to keep the food hot，his wife got the rice noodles out of the soup and poured some hot oil into the soup，then kept the soup in a big pot.When he had meals，the soup was still hot.He mixed the rice noodles with the hot soup in the big pot.And then he got them out of the pot and put them into a small bowl.Meanwhile，the rice noodles looked like the bridge over the bowl and the pot.Since then Yunnan Rice Noodles got its nick name.If you go to Yunnan，do remember to taste some Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles.
