14 将包子整齐且保持一定间隔地放在蒸笼里。加盖,15~20分钟后开始蒸。

15 冷水上锅,大火蒸25分钟,关火闷5分钟即可。中途切忌掀开盖子。
记住这些小细节
1.加胡萝卜汁的时候最好一点点加,方便后期调整,面团太湿可再加点面粉,面团太干和不起来可再加点胡萝卜汁。
2.包子包好后放上15分钟再蒸会比较暄软。
3.溶解酵母的温度不能高,否则酵母被烫死,面团就发不起来了。
4.酵母的保质期要看清楚,我有一次不小心用了包过期的,结果半天没发起来,浪费了一锅好面。
